According to data from the Ministerio de Educación, PolÃtica Social y Deporte, nearly a million people in Spain suffer from some sort of hearing impairment. This collective has communication difficulties that become even more challenging when said communication must be carried out via a phone call, for example when arranging a doctor’s appointment.
